Here at The Local, we provide you with the best service that we can provide! We are your complete Farm to Table experience venue - perfect for weddings, personal or corporate parties, reunions, retreats, and all other types of gatherings. We work with you in selecting the perfect space that is best for your event; chose from the barn to the pond - indoor or outdoor. Have an idea for an event? We allow up to 3 hours on farm so you can explore, relax and enjoy yourself. Dinner menu includes an appetizer, main dish & dessert. All meals come with homemade bread and butter! The meal is served family style so your party will agree on the menu options, pass it around and if there’s any leftover we box them up and send them home with you. You can choose to have your dinner indoors or outdoors with both settings decorated in the trees or out by our pond. You can get cozy by the fire on the cool nights, fish the pond or both. You can also bring your own beer and wine! You have nothing to worry about, we will take care of everything!

*Our Prices do not include tip for the wait staff.*
A $50 deposit is required for all bookings and is non-refundable if your full party doesn’t show, or less then 7 days cancellation notice. A full refund of deposit will be given if party is cancelled no less than 10 days prior to the original booking date. This allows us to re-book. Full payment is required 5 days before event. Thank you for understanding.

Hosting an event or party and need a venue? We invite you to have your party here with us! The Local can accommodate weddings, showers, birthdays, retreats, private or corporate events and much more. Prices will vary depending on party type and number of people. Here, we offer a full catering option, which includes meals for your event here, or you can simply rent our spaces.

Our indoor meals happen in the barn. If you don't want all the bells and whistles you can still have a magical time inside.

Please note - in the event of severe weather like high winds, tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a refund of our discretion We don't want to risk putting our guest in any danger. If there is damage to any furniture or other items, a replacement fee will be charged.
